Deposits
When making a reservation we will require a non-refundable deposit of £15.00 per person, per night.
This will be taken from a valid Credit or Debit Card at the time of booking or alternatively you may send a cheque with written confirmation within 7 days.
Cancellation
Cancellation of your reservation within 14 days of the date of arrival would incur a charge up to the full cost of the reservation in the event of us being unable to re-sell the accommodation.
Holiday Insurance
It is strongly recommended that you take out adequate holiday insurance. This is to safe-guard against loss in the event of sickness, ill-heath or any other unforeseen circumstances which may result in you having to cancel your holiday with us.
Dining
Due to the popularity of our Dining Room during the high season (April to October), guests are required to book a table for dinner when making their bedroom reservation. Otherwise, we will be unable to provide dinner to guests who have only made a bed and breakfast reservation.
During our quiet season (November to March), we regret that dinner is only available if a table is booked at the time of making your bedroom reservation.
Children & Pets
- The hotel is unsuitable for children under 12 years of age.
- We regret that we do not accept any pets.
Booking & Payments
- Please note we are unable to accept "provisional bookings".
- All accounts are due for settlement on the day of departure. We accept payment by Cash, Debit or Credit Card and Personal Cheque up to the value of a current cheque guarantee card.
- We do not accept payment by Amex, Diners or Business Cheque.
- All prices include Value Added Tax at 17½ %.
We reserve the right to alter the above terms and tariffs without prior notice.
